Psychological and administrative pressure on the BCD co-chairman Vital Rymasheuski and his family continues
Today, 1 April 2019, Vital Rymasheuski was summoned to the Belarusian Investigative Committee. The questioning will take place on Thursday, 4 April.
We remind that before the celebration of the Freedom Day 2019 in Minsk – on 22 March at the end of the working day the younger brother of Vital Rymasheuski, Siarhei, has been summoned for questioning to the Investigation Committee.
Vital so commented the situation, “I consider the summon to be questioned by the Investigation Committee only as one of the primitive Soviet methods of pressure. One day before the Freedom Day, all over a sudden my brother was summoned for questioning as a witness in a criminal case of 1989. My brother was eight years old then. The Belarusian repressive apparatus violates all conceivable norms of human morality. Unfortunately, the pressure through relatives, through family, the direct of blackmail political opponents are methods of terror, which are still in the arsenal of the Belarusian regime. “
