BCD was voted in EPP as observer member
On 29 March 2017 in Malta EPP Political Assembly unanimously accepted the application of the Belarusian Christian Democracy to become an observer member.
Christian Democrats in Belarus received this news with joy and gratitude as the sign of recognition of their work and solidarity with the Belarusians suffering from the wave of repressions from the side of Lukashenka’s government. It is symbolic that BCD officially joined EPP in the year of 100th anniversary of Christian Democracy in Belarus.
